The Ministry of Higher Education of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has established its academic activities in Lashkar Gah city of the capital of Helmand province on the initiative of Dr. Mawlada “Tawbagar” on the initiative of Dr. Mawlada “Tobagar” and started its academic activities. The Helmand Institute of Higher Education currently has four accredited faculties of Medicine، Law and Political Science، Sharia and Education.
