The Faculty of Therapeutic Medicine has officially started its activities since 2010 within the framework of the institute of Helmand Private Higher Education Institute.

There is a great need for health care and health care in the area. Six of the world’s leading health care professionals and physicians have provided significant services to the community and have filled the gap.

Currently there are about 1000 students in the faculty of Therapeutic Medicine، of which about 1000 are women and the rest are men. There are 40 teachers and four (4) of them are women. The Faculty of Medicine also has a dean، vice dean، department head، teaching director and executive management in its structure. Each of them has a specific code of duties and performs its affairs in an orderly manner. The school has a well-equipped laboratory
